Feng Baili,male,born in December 1966,in Shaanxi Yaozhou District. Ph. D.,professor,doctoral supervisor. He graduated from Agronomy Department of Northwestern Agricultural University in July 1990 with a bachelor's degree. In July 1997,he received a master's degree in crop cultivation and farming from Northwestern Agricultural University, received doctorate in crop cultivation and farming from Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University in July 2003. He participated in the work in July 1990. At present he is the member and secretary of agriculture ministry minor grain beans expert committee,deputy Director and the Office director of the national minor grain bean variety appraisal committee, crop science society millet deputy committee chairman,crop science society cultivation deputy committee chairman,deputy chairman of Shaanxi agricultural science society minor grain committee,member of China national grain association minor grain branch expert committee,director of minor grain bean research center in Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University.
Research direction
Mainly engaged in millet,buckwheat and other minor grains cultivation,breeding, variety resources and crop quality and high yield ecological physiology technology,crop quality physiology and plant resources sustainable utilization research.

Successively presided over more than 20 scientific research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and ministry level,participated in the selection and breed of 26 minor grains,organized to set up the technical standards (norms) more than 20 items of minor grains,Won more than 10 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards.
