Hai Jiangbo, Ph.D. in Agriculture, Associate Professor, Master instructor, Director of the African Research Center of the Northwest A&F University, and Director of the Crop Experiment Demonstration Station of the Northwest A&F University. He mainly engaged in farmland ecology, efficient usage of agricultural resources, water-saving technology in dry farming areas. He also research on agricultural technology development and policies in African countries He lectured on courses such as "Agricultural Ecology", "Agricultural Science", "Creative Agriculture Design" and "Foreign Agriculture","Agricultural Regional Development Theory and Practice", "Modern Agricultural Development and Practice".
He once served as the director of the China Agricultural Assistance Demonstration Center of Cameroon. He completed the research reports of Cameroon, Comoros, Egypt, Angola, Mozambique, Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia for the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of Chin,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China, China New Era International Engineering Company, the 20th Railway Bureau of China, Shaanxi Overseas Investment Co., Ltd., Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Shaanxi provincial, and Yangling High-tech Agricultural Technology Industry Demonstration Zone. He has visited New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Sweden and other countries to carry out academic research on circular agriculture and farmland carbon management.
He has presided over and completed 34 research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China, the World Bank, the Department of Science and Technology of the Shaanxi Provincial, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Shaanxi provincial, and published 96 academic papers.
